Anne Graham has many years’ experience working in the hospitality industry. She has worked as a head chef as well as managing a variety of pubs and restaurants. Anne has over 20 years’ experience working in the industry.

Now also a qualified ServeWise Trainer, Anne has developed this online staff training course with ServeWise to provide a flexible method of training to staff working in Scottish licensed premises.
